We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above.
- The User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
- The User Content does not contain material that is false, intentionally misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5.1 Past Questions and Materials
The past examination questions, study materials, and academic resources available on the Service are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or up-to-date.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
Information regarding school fees, scholarships, admission requirements, and other educational details is provided as a general guide. Users should verify all information with the relevant institutions before making any decisions based on this information.

8. Sports Scholarships and Mentorship
8.1 No Guarantees
While we provide information about sports scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and coaching services, we do not guarantee acceptance, placement, or any specific outcomes from these opportunities.
8.2 Third-Party Programs
Many scholarship and mentorship programs listed on our Service are operated by third parties. Educatedus is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
9. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Educatedus. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Educatedus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Educatedus, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
